I Re-Scored 71 Offshore Casinos (November 2026): New Formula, Lower Scores, Blacklist Warnings
A single published formula now scores all the offshore casinos and sportsbooks I review. Here is the new top 10, and the operators I now tell readers to avoid.
· 1 min read
This month I re-scored all 71 operators I review with a single, published formula. Many scores dropped, and that is intentional: the old numbers were too generous for offshore sites that often pay slowly or cap withdrawals. The average is now 51/100.
How the new score works
Blacklisted operators are capped at 30, those on a warning list at 35, and sites that do not accept US players at 60. The full rules are on how I score.

What changes on the site
Every review now ends with a “How we scored” box and the list of sources I checked, with the date. From now on, when an operator changes its bonus, wagering, withdrawal terms or status, I publish the change on this page.
I check operator terms regularly and publish every material change. Spotted an error? See the editorial policy or contact me.
